Drew Witham, while musing on a name for her new and blooming interior design business many years ago, found that a word had mysteriously popped into her head. That word was “adue”. She set about to research the word, but could find no definitions in any of the dictionaries around. Perhaps, she pondered, I have made up a new word, and it means nothing, but still I love the sound of this mysterious word. She decided to probe just a bit further, and went to the library to look through the stacks. Now, you should know that Drew, while being a talented designer, is also a pianist and vocalist, and so it is quite natural that one of the first places she would go to was the music section. And it was there, in an enormous and dusty volume of musical terms, that she finally found her word, and understood why her gift of intuition had led her to it.
“Adue”. It means “a group of instruments, together in unison.”
